Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on delivery location.

It is always our goal to offer you the best and most reliable shipping services (typically UPS), at the lowest possible rates!

For small item orders totaling less than $50, we offer a $4 flat rate shipping option.

Free local delivery is available to the Connecticut zip code 06098.

Returns of new and unused articles in original packaging will be accepted within 14 days of delivery.

The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer.

Bespoke orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Self-serve returns are available on the customer account page, however you are welcome to reply to your order email or contact us if you require assistance with a return.

We offer bespoke services across a range of products, such as suites of family stockings and personalized embroideries.

The 2024 window for bespoke is currently closed. However, we invite you to reach out if you would like to be added to our 2025 schedule.

The next window for bespoke orders will open in early 2025.
